How can I create FREE trips for my VIP customers?

Yes. In the control panel or dispatcher app, you select a VIP customer and create free trip. You cab pre-define the pickup location, destination locations and limit the trip radius. Her's a quick example of a VIP trip

How do the customer gets notified?

Tenancy passengers, the system will send real-time push notifications to the customer's app.

VIP customers will get notified about the FREE trip using text message with a short link.

On top of that, the trip page itself refreshes automatically so that the passenger can see the exact trip state, driver information and payment details.

Who initiates the vehicle request?

In the case of VIP trips, Ideally the customer should request a vehicle after receiving the notification. However, the dispatcher can still activate the trip so the system will notify the close fleet members about the new pickup location.

How do the drivers get notified?

Drivers are connected to the system via their own app. The app reports the vehicle location to the system in real time. When a new trip was activated, the nearby drivers get a push notification. Also, the the app lists all the active trips near the vehicle in case the driver did not notice the notification.

How can pay my organization's subscription fee?

In your control panel, accounts with the director permission can access the billing page where they can define the amount and the payment type. We currently support credit/debit cards and stable crypto currencies. Directors have access to the list all transactions. That includes trip transactions and billing transactions.

What is the role of dispatcher?

Your account can have as many dispatchers as needed. A dispatcher can create customer profiles, manages vehicle profiles and trips. Dispatcher can send trips to customers on demand. Dispatcher can view the feet on the map.

Can customers request paid trips?

Yes. Customers who are added as a passenger into your tenancy can create trips on demand using the passenger app. Customers can pay cash to the driver or use credit or debit cards (including apply pay, google pay etc...) and SOLANA based stable crypto currencies.
